About Me

Hello there! I am currently a first year PhD student in the statistics department at UC Berkeley.

Before coming to Berkeley I was a master's student in Applied Mathematics at IMPA where I was fortunate to be advised by Roberto I. Oliveira.

In the recent past I have worked on the theory behind particle tracking and on devising practical methods to learn similarity preserving hash functions using deep learning.
